Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Bhool Bhulaiyaa - A Spooky and Hilarious Ride That Keeps You Guessing Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 returns with the perfect blend of comedy, horror, and suspense that made its predecessors a hit. Starring Kartik Aaryan reprising his role as Rooh Baba, this installment raises the stakes with darker secrets, bigger scares, and plenty of laughs, delivering a film that’s equal parts entertaining and thrilling. Plot Overview The story picks up after the events of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, with Rooh Baba now renowned for his abilities to communicate with spirits. He’s called to a remote ancestral palace, believed to be cursed, to unravel the mystery of a ghostly presence wreaking havoc. What begins as a seemingly straightforward ghost-busting mission soon turns into a maze of secrets, betrayals, and unexpected twists.  With the reappearance of Manjulika’s haunting spirit and a deeper dive into her backstory, the film ties its narrative to the lore of the original Bhool Bhulaiyaa whil...

War

The movie starts with Kabir (Hrithik Roshan) and Khalid (Tiger Shroff) have a teacher-student relationship of sorts. Both work for a mysterious Indian intelligence agency. The film opens with Kabir going rogue. Khalid, who has always looked up to his senior officer is most hurt by this change. He wants to capture and interrogate Kabir before he kills any more security personnel.

The film goes into the flashback, establishing their relationship. We see them training, fighting and going on missions together, cementing their bond. They even dance together on a Holi song. Later, we see Khalid using everything he learnt from Kabir to capture him but the latter manages to stay one step ahead always. There's more to his defection, which becomes clearer over time...

Instead of a buddy actioner like Bad Boys, director Siddharth Anand has chosen to riddle it with plot twists aplenty. And keeping track of them becomes tiresome after a while. The Vaani Kapoor track has been included to add some emotional notes into this otherwise straightforward action film. She looks like a million bucks in a bikini but otherwise has nothing to do in her short role.

The perfectly executed action sequences -- for instance Hrithik para drops inside a moving plane and goes on a killing spree, Tiger and him race across the Arctic ice in sports cars, they take apart a terrorist base together -- are the major selling points of the film.

With their toned physiques and brooding good looks, Hrithik and Tiger are perfectly suited for action films and don't disappoint. They have a wonderful camaraderie going and it's a treat for the viewers to see them dance and fight together. The climax fight alone is worth the price of the ticket. Somewhere along the time, the fights get too over the top. It feels like two supermen are fighting each other but going by the claps and whistles, no one seems to mind.
